Only one person per shift can handle the whole line.
Capacity: depends how dirty is the input waste and wich cleaning degree do you want to reach, depending of your customer requirements.
With gin-motes loosing 50%, input is 700 kg per hour and cleaned output is 350 kg per
hour.
With cleaner wastes output is higher.
 

Price: 60.000 euros EXW South West France.
We can also buy part of the output cleaned cotton.
Potential buyers: coarse counts open-end spinners, cotton waste merchants, sanitary hydrophilic cotton bleachers, nonwoven for matress or for sanitary pads, raw cotton ginners, etc...

Aim : cleaning cotton wastes like gin-motes,linters and/or soft spinning wastes like cotton card waste,strips,droppings, and linen,wool,etc....
